Move with Ease, The Power of Ortho-Bionomy® and Bones for Life®

Learn gentle self-care movements from Ortho-Bionomy and Bones for Life that help the body release tension, improve posture, return to natural balance, and promote bone-building strength. Ortho-Bionomy® and Bones for Life® are two powerful modalities that promote your body's own natural ability to heal itself. 

I’ll guide you through simple, effective self-care movements you can use anytime to support ease, alignment, strengthen bones, and overall well-being. Whether you’re dealing with tension, posture challenges, or simply want to move through life with more comfort and resilience, this class is designed to meet you where you are.

DESCRIPTION

Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle form of bodywork that can release tension and discomfort in the body. The techniques applied are easy to learn and stimulate the body's natural self-corrective reflexes, releasing tension patterns and helping the body come back into balance. This class covers concepts and principles of  Ortho-Bionomy, as well as learning observation skills and the ability to recognize subtle changes that signify the release of tension and contractual patterns in the muscles and connective tissues. It is easy on the client and the practitioner. This class is open to massage and other bodywork therapists, movement educators, and anyone interested in pain relief for themselves, friends, or family.
 
Learn gentle, non-invasive techniques for the:

  • Shoulders

  • Arm, Elbow, hand, fingers

  • Leg, knee, feet, toes

       

Learn and practice some of the Principles:

  • Move away from pain towards ease

  • No attachment to the outcome

  • Respect the wisdom of the individual

Ortho-Bionomy® Exploration of Movement

Date:  October 3-4, 2026 | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Instructors:  Anne Andrews & Cathy Krenicky

Fee: Earlybird $300 | $350 after September 12th

DESCRIPTION

This class teaches ways to release restrictions in the body by exploring natural movement patterns. Participants will learn to assess and palpate joint and muscle movement, identify restrictions, and apply gentle techniques to restore ease and flexibility. No prerequisites—just a hands-on approach to increasing range of motion, reducing tension, and enhancing well-being. Easy to learn, effective, and a great complement to any healthcare practice.

REFUND POLICY:

If there is insufficient enrollment, in case a class needs to be canceled, a full refund will be given to those who have registered and paid in full. If a student needs to cancel two weeks in advance before the first day of the class, the student may transfer the full amount to another class or elect to receive a partial refund of 80% of the class fee. An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations within the last two weeks before the course. As a courtesy to the Instructor and other participants, please relay your need to cancel in a timely manner
