WHO CAN COME?
Anyone of any age, gender, or fitness level that can get down on the floor. This is open to anyone looking for a safe autonomous way to improve the quality of their movements and revitalize their bones and posture. it is also open to those interested in becoming Bones for Life Teachers. Private lessons are available.

If there is insufficient enrollment in case a class needs to be canceled, a full refund will be given to those who have registered and paid in full. If a student needs to cancel 2 weeks in advance before the first day of the class, the student may transfer the full amount to another class, or elect to receive a partial refund of 80% of the class fee. An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations within the last 2 weeks prior to the course. As a courtesy to the Instructor and other participants please relay your need to cancel in a timely manner
